Hales Chiropractic Center welcomes new patients. Each new patient receives the full attention of the staff and doctors so you feel comfortable in our office.  Your Initial visits occur over a few days and includes the following:

Your First Visit
Health History
An initial Patient Application form is completed at your first chiropractic visit, or can be downloaded at the bottom of this page and filled out in the comfort of your own home.  These inform the doctor of your current complaints and your history of any illnesses or injuries.

Consultation
You and the doctor will review your initial forms together. This ensures that the doctor understands your problems completely which is necessary for your customized, personal care plan.

Clinical Examination
Your examination will include a thorough evaluation of posture, alignment, muscle function and the nervous system.  These tests will help determine if subluxations are affecting your health and function.

X-ray & Analysis
Your chiropractic examination may require x-rays.  The x-rays reveal the degree of spinal misalignment, phase of spinal degeneration, pathologies or potential contraindications of care in our office.  Careful analysis of the x-rays along with your clinical exam findings and health history, provide you with an individualized treatment plan and optimal adjustments.

Payment Options
We accept most major medical plans and are a provider for most insurance companies. We also treat patients who have been involved in auto accidents, sport injuries, and job-related injuries. We honor major credit cards, checks and cash. We also offer our patients financing options through Care Credit. For more information about Care Credit visit
